When did you first know art was something you wanted to pursue? I’ve been drawing ever since I was a kid, and I think deep down I always knew this was something I really wanted to pursue. The thing is, I didn’t realise until quite late that this was something I wanted to do as a career, and not just as a hobby. When I was a teen I was also convinced that this wasn’t something you could make a living of anyway ! When I graduated from high school I went to college to study linguistics and got a degree in literature. During that time I never stopped drawing and it finally dawned on me that this was what I wanted to do with my life. I wanted to be an illustrator, and nothing else!
